Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes. One-to-one work is very much part of the offering and can be a powerful space for focused, personal exploration. Some people come specifically for individual work, while others combine it with group programmes or retreats to deepen and integrate what emerges.

  • This isn’t about advice-giving, quick fixes, or performance optimisation. The work focuses on creating the conditions for insight and transformation to emerge through presence, structure, and carefully held process. It’s grounded, experiential, and shaped by real human complexity rather than theory alone.

  • If you’re unsure where to begin, reaching out is the best first step. A brief conversation can help clarify what kind of work would be most supportive right now whether that’s one-to-one coaching, a retreat, or a longer programme

  • “Simple and powerful works best - it does not need to be complicated. I feel far better equipped to support my brothers and can’t wait to use what I’ve learned.”

  • “It served me well in that it gave me clear and understandable mental models that I can use as a map when facilitating men.”

  • “I loved the experiential nature of the training. That made it really land for me. I really liked covering a range of tools, and I judge that’s exactly what the men’s groups will need.”
